In the event a Art for a Reason AB product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Art for a Reason AB shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. Art for a Reason AB shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Art for a Reason AB shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

General

Art for a Reason AB’s failure to insist on the strict application of a particular clause of these terms & conditions, or its failure to require compliance therewith shall not be interpreted as a renunciation to the application of a particular clause or the exercise of a particular right. In the event that a competent court shall judge a provision contained herein to be null or invalid or not enforceable, such judgement shall have no impact on the other provisions of the present contract.
