What currency do you charge?


All of our products are priced in Euros (€). Your credit card will be charged in Euros and converted to your local currency on your bank statement.

 

What payment methods do you accept?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discovery cards.
We do not take Amex cards.

Where do you ship to?
 

We offer global shipping to all destinations. Packages will be sent from our central warehouse in Sweden. 

 

Where are Charlotte Nicolin products made?
 

Charlotte Nicolin currently lives and works in Sweden. All our products are made in Sweden and Europe, with the exception of our textiles that are made in India. 

 

What is our return policy?
 

We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, therefore, we accept returns and exchanges on purchases provided the request is made within 7 days of receiving the package and meets our return policy requirements.  
All returns need to be sent our returns centre located in Stockholm, Sweden.

 

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?
 

We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us straight away at info@charlottenicolin.com so we can review the matter. 

 

Is it safe to order from your online store?
 

Definitely. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party. 

 

Cancelation or changes to orders:
 

Please note that orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processed. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once received. 
Charlotte Nicolin will not be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order.
